You can access your notes*, claim your certificate, view ePosters and any speaker presentation slides* that were provided by logging into the ‘CNSF Congress’ 2024 event App or Website as a registered delegate. *VIEWABLE ONLY. Available 5 years on the App and 1 year on the event website. Does not apply to Exhibit Hall Only Registrations.

Looking for your log in credentials, check your email from @eventScribe.com for your 'Access Key' or click the login button at the top right of page and click the 'Forgot Access Key?' - enter email used during registration.

Claiming your Certificate of Attendance:

• Click the 'Evaluations / Claim COA' menu title
• Complete the TASKS in the following order
• Step 1 - TALLY your CME credits by selecting session titles attended
• Step 2 - Download / Print Certificate of Attendance
