UofT NSX 100 Years
The Women and Diversity in Leadership Neurosurgery course aims to empower and advance the careers of women and underrepresented groups within the field of neurosurgery. Through a series of presentation, and discussions, the course addresses barriers to leadership, promotes diversity and inclusion strategies, and highlights the contributions of diverse leaders to neurosurgery's evolution and success.
