This session presents the top 15 most interesting and unusual cases seen over a 34-year career in neuro-ophthalmology. Challenge yourself to reach the diagnosis from eye movement videos, fundus photographs, and visual field perimetry, with a supporting role from optical coherence tomography and neuroimaging. Participate in the discussion and learn something new: you will probably see a few findings you have never encountered before. Of course, we cannot tell you ahead of time the identity of the cases that will be presented - no spoiler alerts here.

Learning Objectives:

  • To learn about unusual eye movement presentations of neurologic conditions
  • To show the fundoscopic features of certain rare neurologic diseases
  • To interpret unusual patterns of visual field loss that proved to be key clues to the diagnosis of neurologic disease
