Course
This session is aimed at Pediatric Neuroradiologists, Academic Pediatric Neurologists with an interest in fetal medicine, and Pediatric Neurology and Radiology residents. The goal of the session is to holistically cover the field of fetal neuroimaging, beginning with the basic embryology of brain development and brain maldevelopment, then covering the various imaging modalities used to detect fetal brain abnormalities as well as the value of genetic testing in determining a diagnosis, and finally ending with the ethical issues surround prognostication and the implications on the pregnancy.
